Continued Use for FY2026
The project representative is requested to review the following important notes and complete the resource usage application.

※Applications may be submitted on a monthly basis, up to the end of the next fiscal year (March 2027).
Important Notes

If no application is submitted by Friday, March 27, 2026, the project will be deactivated in April.
Due to the project deactivation, you will no longer be able to log in to the OpenStack user portal.
If you belong to another active project besides the deactivated one, you will still be able to log in.Due to the project deactivation, the instance will be suspended.
Data will be retained until the resources are deleted. If you wish to continue using the resources, please be sure to submit a resource usage application by the deadline below. -
If no application is submitted by Thursday, April 30, 2026, the project and all associated resources will be deleted in May.
Once deleted, the data cannot be restored.

Expansion of mdxⅡ GPU Nodes
▼ Announcement regarding the planned expansion of mdxⅡ GPU nodes
Current GPU node users, as well as those considering new use, are requested to submit a resource usage application indicating the amount of resources they wish to use in the next fiscal year.
※Resources for users who have consulted with us in advance have already been secured. Therefore, depending on the requested amount of resources, we may not be able to allocate resources exactly as requested. We kindly ask for your understanding.

※Billing will be carried out from April 2025 onward.
Application Procedure for Continued Use
Only the project representative may submit the application. If the project representative completes the resource usage application by the deadline, all accounts belonging to the group may continue using the project and its resources.

Please enter the current project name correctly and provide the details of the resources you wish to use starting next fiscal year.
※If you request a smaller configuration than your current allocation, please delete any excess resources in advance.
