The User Portal, which had been experiencing access issues, is now fully operational.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or concern this temporary maintenance may have caused.
We will continue our efforts to ensure stable operations of the mdxⅡ system.

Regarding the access issue with the mdxⅡ User Portal,
we had previously announced that the recovery would be completed by 15:00 today (August 19).
However, the recovery work is taking longer than expected, and as of now, it has not yet been completed.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will continue the maintenance work until recovery is achieved.
Please note that this issue is limited to access to the User Portal,
and there is no impact on running instances or related operations.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Since around 12:00 PM on August 19, 2025, an issue has occurred on the virtual machine running the external DNS server, resulting in an outage of the mdxⅡ User Portal.
Please note that in environments where the User Portal was accessed earlier this morning, cached information may allow temporary access.
We are currently working on recovery, and the system is expected to be fully restored by 3:00 PM on August 19.
Running instances and other services are not affected, so please be assured.
