Regarding Continued Use of mdxⅡ in FY2025 (Deadline 3/21)

About Continued Use

If you wish to continue using mdxⅡ from the next fiscal year (April 2025), please submit a resource addition request by **Friday, March 21, 2025**.
The representative applicant should review the following important notes and proceed with the resource addition request.

*Applications can be made in monthly units up to the end of the next fiscal year (March 2026).

Important Notes

  • If no application is submitted by March 21, 2025 (Friday), the project will be deactivated in April.

    • As a result of the deactivation, login to the OpenStack user portal will no longer be possible.
    • *If you are part of other projects that are not deactivated, you can log in.

    • As a result of the deactivation, instances will be stopped.
    • *Data will be retained until resources are deleted, so please apply by the deadline if necessary.

  • If no application is submitted by April 30, 2025 (Wednesday), the project and all associated resources will be deleted in May.

    • ※After deletion, recovery is not possible. If it is difficult to submit an application within the deadline, please contact us via the inquiry form.

*Billing will be carried out from April 2025.

Application Procedure for Continued Use

Only the representative applicant can submit the request. By submitting the resource addition request within the deadline, all accounts belonging to the group will be able to continue using the project and resources.

1. Access the Resource Addition Request Form

Application is available here.

2. Fill in the Required Information and Submit the Application

Please ensure that you enter the correct project name currently in use and specify the resources you wish to continue using from the next fiscal year.
*If you wish to request fewer resources than currently in use, please delete any excessive resources as needed.
