We will perform an upgrade of the virtualization platform system, along with a functional enhancement to enable high-speed GPU-to-GPU connections using NVLink for virtual machines utilizing 8 GPUs.
Due to this work, mdx I will be unavailable during the following period.

Outage period: March 9 (Mon) 9:00 – March 12 (Thu) 17:00

[Request to All Users]

1. If you wish to use the NVLink feature for virtual machines created before the upgrade work (before 9:00 AM on March 9, 2026), please submit a request using the form below.

NVLink is a technology designed to improve data processing performance through high-speed communication between GPUs.
To use NVLink, 8 GPUs (8 packs in the case of Normal or Trial Projects) are required, and the storage network must be configured with SR-IOV.

2. By 10 minutes before the system outage (8:50 on Monday, March 9), please perform the operation to suspend any running virtual machines.

User Portal > Virtual Machines > ACTION button > Maintenance > Deallocate
* This operation can be performed only via the User Portal.

* Please note that any virtual machines that have not been deallocated by the system outage time will be forcibly suspended by the administrator.

If the resumption of services is delayed, the service restart time will be announced on this website (or via Slack).
