Following a failure of the water-cooling pumps at approximately 2:40 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, the mdx I system was shut down. The system was restored at approximately 8:30 p.m. on the same day.

To resume using mdx, you need to reboot your VMs from the User Portal.
