\nThe issue has been resolved. Thank you for your cooperation.<\/p>\n

This incident occurred at approximately 1:15 AM on Monday, October 5, and the network issue itself was resolved at approximately 3:55 AM.
\nAfterward, to restore the instances to a normal state, we sequentially restarted the running instances. All recovery work was completed by 12:10 PM on Monday, October 5.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nDue to a network issue in the mdx II system, connections to the Lustre storage were temporarily interrupted, resulting in Disk I\/O errors and other issues on some instances.<\/p>\n

Although the network issue has been resolved, running instances will be restarted during the following period to restore them to a normal state.<\/p>\n
